Units are typically upgraded and shipped back 2-3 business days after receipt of the original unit. Return shipping is calculated at checkout. OrcaVue values its trademark rights and the trademark rights of others. As of 1/23/24 OrcaVue was licensed to use the GLAMBOT trademark to identify and market its OrcaVue GlamBot products and services.

As of 2/19/25, we were told to cease and desist use of the trademark. We have forwarded this to our attorneys for resolution, but out of an abundance of caution, you should not expect to be able to use the GLAMBOT trademark in any form even if you purchase one of our products.
