International Orders

OrcaVue ships 360 Photo Booths and Glambots to nearly every country around the world.

Unfortunately, we still need to manually calculate the shipping. In order to receive a final quote, add the products you want to your cart and check out with your address. When the shipping address is outside the US, the checkout system will show a “Send Invoice with Shipping” button in place of payment. Click to complete the request, and we’ll go to work preparing an invoice that includes your items and shipping to your country. Expect an email from us in about one business day.

OrcaVue products are assembled at our US warehouse in Oxon Hill, Maryland. All items are generally in stock and ready to be shipped 1-2 business days after payment is received.

Generally, we use UPS Air Freight, which typically delivers units to a country’s customs department in about seven days. At that point the carrier will contact you for any taxes/duties that are due. The time through customs varies considerably, and OrcaVue is not able to estimate how long it will take an order to clear or the fees for particular countries.

How do I pay for an international order?

All international purchases are made through an invoice we generate from an internal system. For purchases of $500 or less, we enable credit card payment on the invoice. Purchases over $500 can only be made with a wire transfer. Many people use Wise for this purpose.

What currency are your prices in?

All prices and invoices are in US dollars.

Will the booth work with the power in my country?

All OrcaVue 360 booths are compatible with 120–240 VAC power at 50 or 60 Hz. They draw approximately 100 watts. The booths ship with a US power cord. Controllers accept a standard IEC C7 plug.

The Glambot operates on 120–240 VAC power at 50 or 60 Hz. The Glambot itself draws up to 400 watts. The AC and USB Accessory Power option adds rear outlets rated for 1,000 watts and internal outlets rated for 100 watts. The Glambot accepts IEC C13 plugs and ships with a 10-foot US power cord.

Outside the US, you can use a standard power cord with your country’s plug.

How much does shipping cost?

The cost for shipping small items to Canada is usually in the range of $40–$60; to Europe, $80–$120. Large items such as 360s and Glambots range from $600–$1,200.

Can I use Affirm or Clicklease from outside the US?

Unfortunately, Affirm and Clicklease are only available to US-based customers.
